Farm fresh nectarines and silky olive oil brighten up the end of summer.

This month's cake special is a celebration of late summer stone fruit, sourced fresh from Toigo Farms in Carlisle, PA. Two layers of olive oil cake, soaked in a thyme and nectarine syrup, are filled with a sweet, nectarine jam, rich brown butter cookie crumble, and finished with thyme buttercream and poached farm-stand nectarines.
